A secure, shared folder (Drive or BIM 360) becomes the single source of truth. We confirm file formats (DWG/RVT/PDF), sheet sizes, plotting styles, and the approval path to avoid surprises later.
We create a dedicated environment with layer conventions, view templates, title blocks, naming rules, and revision codes to match your office standards. In AutoCAD and Revit, we set coordinates, levels, and grids; in Bluebeam, we prepare markup profiles; in Navisworks, we define clash sets. Version control is baked in: each deliverable is tagged by date, discipline, and package (SD/DD/CD/IFC).
