Every project starts with a 30 45 minute kickoff to align on scope, deadlines, and decision-makers. We collect plans, surveys, RFIs, program notes, finish schedules, and brand/graphics standards. A secure, shared folder (Drive or BIM 360) becomes the single source of truth. We confirm file formats (DWG/RVT/PDF), sheet sizes, plotting styles, and the approval path to avoid surprises later. 

We create a dedicated environment with layer conventions, view templates, title blocks, naming rules, and revision codes to match your office standards. In AutoCAD and Revit, we set coordinates, levels, and grids; in Bluebeam, we prepare markup profiles; in Navisworks, we define clash sets. Version control is baked in: each deliverable is tagged by date, discipline, and package (SD/DD/CD/IFC). 

• 2D Drafting: Plans, RCPs, elevations, sections, details, door/window schedules, millwork sheets, lighting layouts, and annotated legends.
  
  

• 3D/BIM: A coordinated Revit model for accurate geometry, quantities, and coordination views. Modeling in parallel lets us validate dimensions, refine clearances, and standardize details before they become costly field issues.

We aggregate architectural, structural, and MEP models to run targeted clashes (e.g., ducts vs. beams, risers vs. shafts, fixture clearances). Findings are logged with pinpointed viewpoints, proposed fixes, and discipline owners. We resolve “quick wins” directly in the model and flag design-impact items for your review, keeping momentum without bottlenecks.

Every sheet passes a two-tier QC: drafter self-check, then lead review. We verify dimensions, tags, line weights, legends, callouts, spelling, scale bars, and plot settings. A constructability pass checks stair headroom, door swings, ADA clearances, and typical detailing. Before issuing, we plot test PDFs to ensure weights and greyscales read correctly on paper and screen. 

When helpful, we add photoreal 3D renders of key spaces to de-risk choices about materials, lighting, and proportions. Visuals speed stakeholder buy-in and reduce late-stage changes. What you approve in renderings matches what you see in drawings. 

Packages are delivered as PDF (issued set), DWG, and/or RVT with clean references, purge/cleanup done, and a transmittal that lists contents, revisions, and next steps. If contractors request adjustments, we handle rapid redlines and provide updated clouded sheets. We can also produce bid alternates, VE options, and permit-ready subsets on request. 

Scope evolves our structure anticipates it. We track revisions with delta tags and logs, maintain a change register, and, at project close, compile as-builts reflecting field conditions. Need ongoing support? We stay available for shop-drawing checks, RFIs, and punch-list updates. 

Your data is protected. We operate under mutual NDAs, use permissioned folders, and restrict external sharing. Revit/AutoCAD audit trails and file history ensure transparency and rollback if needed.
